I'm at my local library (morning off, builders), and it's really bloody noisy and distracting. Why? Because, apparently, despite having a perfectly good meeting room, songtime and random instrument banging for the under-fives has to happen right in the damn main library. And it's really ghastly fake country, too. Do not want.
