Mar. 25th, 2009 06:14 pmWent to see Richard Herring's Headmaster's Son show yesterday; it was disgusting (the people next to me left at the interval) and heartwarming, oh, and funny. It's about timebinding and his teenage self, so the coincidence of its being in a room above a pub I used to drink in as a student gave it a bit of an odd resonance! [*]
Came out to lovely sideways Yorkshire rain, and the train I dashed to catch broke down so I ended up very late home, but hey ho.
I'm off to a conference next week, may not have a chance to read or post much.
[*] The glamourous life of the professional comedian- work hard for twenty years and you too may end up playing rooms above pubs all round the country.
