Sep. 5th, 2013 01:14 pmFor a person who's so bad at replying to emails quickly, I get twitchy very fast when I'm waiting for a reply myself.
Someone asked me if they'd remembered to post a thing to me; I said no, foolishly pleased at the thought that they would now post it to me. *spiders spin webs over letterbox*
We told ppl at work that if they send us some info by the end of July, we would be able to act on it by mid-Sept (slow suppliers, not our fault). Info is still trickling in. We are definitely not running a pool on the date of the first complaint about our being late with the actions.
The trouble with having a coffee every day is the habituation so that you can still be just as sleepy after it.
Blackberries are ripe and juicy, yum. AS I still have a load of blackberry gin left from last year I may not do any more this year...
