So, hypothetically, if someone stayed in bed all day yesterday and watched the whole first series of The Mary Whitehouse Experience and as a result is slightly confused as to whether it's 2008 or 1991, would that be a bad thing?

Not quite the weather for 30-mile bike rides?

It wasn't so much the retiring to bed with a cup of tea (a Good Thing) as the addling one's brain with too much nostalgia I was thinking about, I guess.

Anyway my Amazon order's finally arrived so I can addle my brain with new things, hurrah.
