Jan. 28th, 2008 01:56 pmHave found half-dozen discardable books from cookbook, lit and misc sections. Hooray! Only 2,000 more to go before I will have nice empty walls to go with nice empty mind. I can probably find another six from SF/F, mysteries and comedy, and will feel all virtuous until the Amazon order arrives on Thursday.
OMG. You know Richard Herring? You know the bits, um, how best to put this, where he completely obsesses about something really icky? Like the rewriting songs to include, um, monkeys? I fear Ross Noble may have beaten him. Fizzy Logic, last show on the Extras DVD, six minutes which consist almost entirely of repeating "That child's being bummed in the face!" to more and more imaginary onlookers. Possibly seven minutes, I was giggling too much to count.
{Threat type=often-repeated, fruitless} I may have to figure out how to do text icons. The temptation to do Noble quotes is v. strong. (Although possibly not that one.)

Date: 2008-01-28 02:16 pm (UTC)There is an ancient blue sleeping mat that you used to take camping: do you mind if I cut it up for nefarious purposes (and possibly porpoises, if there's enough left over)?

Date: 2008-01-28 02:20 pm (UTC)Oh, BTW, the Death Of The Necromance you returned to me was actually a duplicate copy, have it back if you want it.
Nah, cut away.
