shark_hatI've just watched series 7 of Red Dwarf, and it wasn't nearly as bad as I remembered.
(It probably helped that this time I knew in advance A) that Chris Barrie quit, and B) all the meta stuff about Rob Grant leaving, and them trying to get the film, and basically how it had stopped being a sitcom and was more like a comedy-drama. Plus, I had the commentary and subtitles on rather than listening to the soundtrack. Wellll, I listened to Blue, on account of the song.)
But still. It was fun. I even quite like Kochanski. I'm NOT going on to series 8, though. Never happened, lalala.
