There is this thing that I hate that is very shallow

Which is when my local EvilCorp supermarket has something brilliant in for one week and then it disappears forever. Ooh, alfalfa sprouts!... no, we have decided that you do not deserve alfalfa sprouts. Hooray, really good tortilla chips!... back to the Doritos, scum.
(Actually they had two brands of decent tortilla chips, it went up to three for one week, and now they have NONE. SAD.)
Surely one Saturday's worth of buying info isn't enough to tell if it'll be a goer?

Incredibly, my local Sainsbury's has recently stopped stocking Green & Black's organic ice cream. I can only assume this is because round my way it's pearls before swine.

The Sainsbury's Local near my work has stopped all its organic lines and most of the fairtrade, too.

Fortunately if all goes to plan I shall shortly be moving to a flat opposite an organic food store, with a fresh veg and fish market up the road, two proper butchers within walking distance and a short hop on the tube to Borough Market.

Bethnal Green appears to be foodie heaven!
